Return Policy
Refunds on orders placed with a
coupon can only be processed as store credits
all other conditions apply
Electronic Materials
Electronic materials can be returned
within 30 days of order placement with an RMA (Return Material
Authorization). 100% of the price will be provided in the form of
a store credit. The customer must provide a signed letter on
company
stationery that states the electronically delivered product(s),
copies (both electronic and printed) have been destroyed and removed
from all computers and workstations that had the product(s).
All requests must be accompanied with a full
explanation of the deficiency in the item being returned so that we can
correct any shortcomings in the product.
Only after the destruction documentation and full
explanation has been reviewed and approved by Janco will the
credit be processed.
Printed Materials
Printed materials can be returned within
30 days of order placement with an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
The materials must be returned with in a condition that they can be
repackaged and sold. There is a 25% restocking fee and a check
will be sent to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the materials.
Or if the customer chooses, 100% of the original price less shipping
costs can be applied as store credit.

An RMA can be obtained by calling 435
940-9300 x 101. If no one is there, please leave a message with
your name, company name, phone number, order number and reason for the
return.
